Original rates are always applicable for 2PAX in Superior, Junior Suite and Garden villa and 4PAX in Family bungalow and suite.
In case of single occupancy in Superior, Junior Suite and Garden villa the rate is reduced for 11USD.

note: The age of person is decisive reached in the time of stay in the hotel not in the time of making the reservation.
Baby stay free of charge if sharing room with parents and using existing bed. Baby cot is free of charge and upon request.

One way airport transfer 170 USD (miniVan) and 210 USD (bigVan).
Transfers from and to the Colombo airport are ensured by A/C cars with maximum occupancy up to 5 people (miniVan) and/or up to 8 people (bigVan).
Gala dinner supplement:
Christmas dinner on 24th December and New Year´s Eve gala dinner on 31st December are obligatory. The price of 70USD per adult and 35USD per child and dinner will be added to hotel guest´s bill.
If the guest has chosen extra HB or FB supplement then only difference between this supplement and gala dinner supplement will be add to the bill.
